Well, with all this time on my hands (I kid, I kid) I got around to making the graphics for the t-shirts.  But, first, a little background.  When I first started the podcast I wanted to hve a nice tshirt that could bind us all together, you know, make us stand out from the millions of other podcasts that are out there.  Easier said than done, but, I still tried and came up with the first iteration that is now the podcast graphic that show up on itunes.  Well, since making that graphic a few years ago my hard drive crashed and I lost the full scale art that wouldn't pixelize in print works.  So, I lost heart trying to bring the artwork back using any and all recovery tools I could find to no avail.  It apparently had been written over which was entirely my fault.  You might be thinking, "no prob, get the backup out".  Yup, that's right, I didn't have the latest backup like a fool:(  I was pretty upset by the whole thing so mush so that I put all projects ont he back burner and set out to restore the drive and most of its content.  I have most of the things back to normal although I admit I will never know exactly how much data I actually lost.  Which brings me to roughly a week ago when I decided to resurrect the t-shirt idea for freshubuntu.  It took about a week to perfect every stroke and pixel but i think it was worth it.  I started in Inkscape and got the headphone and cup designed then I imported the grahics into GIMP and rasterized both the cup and the headphones seperately and finished the final versions in photoshop cs3 to get it ready for the final print version I guess true to freshubuntu form:)  So now I unveil the final version that will show up on the t-shirt!  I hope you enjoy it as it will certainly help the cause!  Just click the graphic to take you to the spreadshirt store that I setup specifically for the podcast.  The tshirts come in a variety of colors that are close to the ubuntu colors and you can also get a mouse pad with the graphic as well.  Here is the link to my shop.
