Hey, another great episode is out and ready for consumption.  First of all, I want to say thank you to Scott Ritchie who blessed us with his presence on thursday for a rockin interview with the WINE package maintainer for Ubuntu.  And, just like Peter said, he answered questions even before we asked them so Scott made things easy for us.  But, on an even better note, we now know the major advantage over a 1.0 stable release wersus the regular run of the mill point releases:)  Have a good time with this episode and leave a comment for either me, Peter or Scott, see ya!

You know, I am a little concerned about the "windows compatibility layers" that are out there. For as long as I have been using Linux I am still unable to get Quicken to work on my computer running Ubuntu and WINE. I realize that I may not have used linux all that long, and I am sure that WINE developers are doing the best that they can. But, alas, I am still without my favorite financial package. Which is, by default, why I still have a windows machine laying around.
